  5. The Opinion Corner is a door for writing anonymous public messages.  The
  6. sysop can set up to 30 different topics for users to make comments on
  7. without the worry of getting other users mad at them for their differing
  8. opinions.

  10. The sysop has access to a Maintenance Menu where topics can be added and
  11. deleted.  The sysop can also set different security levels for each
  12. topic.
